Pale After Fainting With Bruises And Lumps On Head. Should I Be Concerned?

i have fainted on the stairs lumps on my head cut near my eye leaking water when i came around i was pale and didnt know what happened could here my partner asking what had happened but couldnt see. i feel okish now was bout 5ish my bump on head is on a side and my wound near my eye looks like its healed but still leaking and didnt bleed alot and looks quite deep. is there any need for me to be concerned?

get it examined by eye surgeon..u may require stitches..on the lacerated wound..is there any pus discharge?? use antibiotic ointment ..like neosporin to be applied..
