Painless Lump On Upper Gum. What Could This Be ?

I have a painless hard lump on my upper gum. Several months ago I would have bad tooth pain there off and on, but the pain eventually quit. I just noticed this today. What could this be?

Due to infection in the past route abscess might have formed and now abscess is absorbed and there is locallized lump is formed .
Do not worry gradually it will be absorbed

first u have to check whether decay is there for long time and tooth got infection reaching at the apex of the root and due to its long standing infection there may be a sinus opening if tooth is a profounding factor go for the iopa and do the treatment and u should start ur antibiotic consult ur dentist
