Painless, Itchy Red Bumps On Penis, Skin Cracks And Pains On Erection, Sexually Active, Done Tanning. Cause?

i have these weird painless but itchy red bumps on my penis and I ve never had them before and i was tanning in a tanning bed and i also hadsex but they won t heal and there was some puss in them when i left them alone. trying to see if it;s just dry skin or an std or a rash? they scab over but if i get hard the skin cracks again and it hurts.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed whatis called as Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis.
Pl
As this is very common in persons with Diabetes get your blood sugar test on empty stomach and post lunch to rule out Diabetes.

Please start taking anti fungal medication like Fluconozole twice daily along with topical anti fungal jelly for local application.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily,
This should get cured within a week.
