Paining Legs, Numb, Tingling, Veins Popping Through Skin. Mom Had Varicose Vein. Suggestions?

hi, my legs are throbbing, numb, and tingling all the way to my feet. my veins are starting to pop through my skin. i stand all day at work, and my mom has really bad varicose veins. i have never had so much pain and tirednessin my legs before. im worried something could be seriously wrong. and my legs swell esp at ankles.
