Painful Vagina Ulcers, Uncomfortable. Treatment?

Hi, I've developed some painful vagina ulcers over the past few days. The pain is excrusiating when i urinate and generally uncomfortable all the time! I looked online at a few forums and people with the same problem suggested lidocaine gel or a&d ointment. However i live in Thailand and i just went to the pharmacy and they had neither. The pharmacist gave me bactroban ointment. I'm not really sure if he understood my problem so really want a professional opinion. Thanms

Vaginal ulcers could be related to various sexually transmitted infections, and although you have provided valuable information in regards to the description of your problem, you have failed to mention basic information like your age and sexual status.

As mentioned earlier, different infections can cause your presentation and all of these conditions are treated differently. I would thus advise you to visit your doctor, get diagnosed and treated with medication specific to your condition.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
