Painful, Sensitive Skin Around Abdomen. Undergoing Menopause. Is It A Symptom Of Hormone Change?

Hi Over the last week or so I have had extreemly sensitive and painful skin around my abdomen . The pain is similar to that of shingles which I had as a child. There is nothing to see on my skin and I don t feel unwell. I am going through the menapause at the moment and wondered if sensitive skin is a symptom of hormone changes. Thanks for your help.
