I have gone through your query, and the only thing unclear from your symptoms is the presence of blood on wiping after passing a bowel movement or after passing urine? I am assuming this is after passing urine, which is why as of now it sounds like you could be suffering from a urinary tract infection (UTI), which has the following symptoms: -Burning sensation while urinating -Frequent urination -Increased urge to urinate, but less amount of urine passed -Chills -Fever -Lower abdominal and/or flank region pain -Itching around the genitals -Blood in urine or immediately after (not always seen) Although, not all symptoms need to be present in one individual. You will have to visit your doctor for a urine examination, which will confirm the infection. Treatment will be initiated based on the type of infection you have, but most commonly a course of antibiotic therapy is initiated, along with pain management medication (if pain is present) and a urine alkalizer.
