Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Most of the formula creams for treatment of pigmentation contain steroid. Acneiform eruptions is the side effect of topical steroids.
Stop using any cream or oily substance on your face and reduce oiling the scalp hair, because they promote these lesions.
Consult a dermatologist so that proper treatment can be started according to the severity of the lesions.
