Painful Lump On The Forearm With Red Mark Around It. Remedy?
Hi there, I have had a small lump on my forearm for a while now and it is fairly painful to touch and it is usually unnoticeable. However, today I experienced some discomfort and left it alone then some hours later there is a red mark around it even though I have not touched it. Any ideas what this could be? Many thanks.

It may be a furuncle,
It is a subcutaneous bacterial infection.
Treatment with antibacterial creams and tablets may be required.
Apply warm cloth, this will help in better healing
