Painful Leg Joints,difficulty Walking.

My both legs finguresr are getting pain and benumbed and I could not walk for even five minutes at a streatch. Even my legs joints are very painful after walking. After walking short distance I feel I might be fallen and all my foot musculers are getting sever pain. Why is this? Is it because I am suffering arthritis .
