Painful itchy pimples on the body which bleeds. What are these?

I have been to a general practitioner and a dermatologist: neither have helped. I get pin point pain either on the back or legs and often on the arms and the rest of the body, pretty much anywhere except the face. Then a pimple appears and itches horribly, when I scratch it bleeds and leaves a scar . It takes weeks to disappear in any one spot and comes back a month later? This has been happening since October? Any ideas?

hi welcome to health care magic,
im dr satya,
itchy pimples over body, severe scratching, and bleed, and scar points towards papular urticaria, the cause of which is many, kindly get a complete blood test done to eliminate many infectious causes, and to rule out any alteration in the blood.
topical applications of the calamine lotion helps to relieve itch in some cases.
try and look for foods that aggravate or medications that you use.
the best way is to get a biopsy done to get a better picture.
thank you
dr satya
