Painful And Stiff Lower Back. Chronic Flare Ups With My Neck And Back. Underwent Spinal Surgery. Arthritis Or Fusion Problems?

hello about 8 months ago i recently underwent spinal surgery for my lower back, levels L3/4/5/s1 with fusion and metal rods placed and cervical fusion with hardware on level C5/6 for heriated discs. I have been having chronic flare ups with my neck and back. My pain meds are not helping anymore, its gotten so bad that it is hard to sleep at night. And when i wake in the morning i feel so stiff and its painful to move im only 30 years old what can be the problem? could it be arthritis or could the fusions have been unsuccessful?
