Painful Abdomen, Heart Burn, Sore Throat, Pain In Ovaries And Uterus. Help?

I have a pain in the right side of my abdomen (on the outer part but not quite on my side). It feels as though there may be a squishy lump there. I don t know if it s related, but I have had heartburn and a sore throat pretty consistently the past two months. I have also been experiencing sharp pains in the area I believe to be my uterus and ovaries. And idea what this could be?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum .
There are two different types of disease.
1 Pain on the right side of abdomen may be due to appendicular lump or due to ovarian cyst.
2 heartburn and sore throat are related to each other as due to hyper acidity and &sore throat from infection.
In my opinion consult a gynaecologist and ultrasound of abdomen will find out the exact nature of disease in abdomen.
For sore throat and heartburn consult a physician and get his opinion.
