Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
Your symptoms of painful urination and reddish urine and urine analysis shows plenty of pus cells along with albumin ++ .
You are having Urinary tract infection and this is definitely curable and albumin is also seen in such infection and even red blood cells can come in urine. Your treatment should be with urinary specific antibiotics after sending a urine bacterial culture and sensitivity report. In case of resistance of microorganisms suitable antibiotic may be changed.
In the meantime take plenty of fluids including water and cranberry juice to keep urinary system flushed.
Later on if required a Ultrasonography of abdomen may be done to detect any predisposing factor like stones or obstruction.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
Good luck.

Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

An Urinary tract infection (UTI) is definitely curable. Presence of pus cells and albumin is suggestive of an infection. The most possible cause could be a Renal stone though there are many other causes.

A course of an appropriate antibiotic is sufficient to eradicate your UTI. I suggest you to consume atleast 3-4 litres of water daily to prevent the formation of kidney stones.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
