Pain While Swallowing, Vomiting. Hole In The Throat. Need Help
I found a hole in the side of my throat and i fond it hard to swallow and breath and im been vomiting
For a few months. But it feels like im goin to choke cos i swallow constantly and spit mucus. These last couple nights when i lay down to sleep has caused inbearable chest pains and i vomit mucus and bile and the pain is worse and wont settle for a couple hours. I dont want to lie down i cant tae anymore but if i sit the swallowing thick mucus saliva increases. Please help. Ps found the hole 10 days ago and its got bigger and deeper since. Tried to get a dr appt but no luck as they dont pre book anymore. Must call at 8am each day and its just luck.

It is highly highly unlikely that you have a hole in your throat. There are recesses in the throat on both sides which you have perceived as holes.
Stop worrying about the hole in your throat.
About the chest pains that come at night along with vomitin. It may be due to reflux of your stomach contents into your throat.
See a doctor. Based on your examination findings you may require an antacid with a prokinetic.
Also please follow some general measures to counter reflux
1) Do not sleep for 2 hours after having food.
2) Eat small meals frequently.
3) Head end elevation of the bed by 10 degrees. You can keep a log of wood or a brick under the head end part of your cot.
4) Try and be stress free. Practice yoga, meditation and indulge in aerobic exercise.
