Hi, You should not have kept Minera for a longer time than prescribed. It might have caused inflammation inside. Do you have the pain through out the month? is there vaginal discharge? fever, problkem in mictyration? If so, you should take your gynacs consultation & a course of the medicines prescribed. Some times the menstrual habbit may change( due to age, health, long standing Minera) & it can be releaived with cyclical treatment of hormones. These are to be priscribed by a Gynac after checking you Thank you.
