Hi Robi,
Welcome to healthcare magic!
Such headaches are a challenge to diagnose.
I would suggest an ENT reference and thorough examination and investigation.
A sinusitis can easily diagnosed by Xray-PNS and a Local physical examination.
If that is the case then treatment apart from antibiotics would also be needed.
Another possibility is an eye problem, The vision problems - refraction errors are to be ruled out,
glaucoma can also be there. You need to consult an ophthalmologist also.
If you have associated fever/ vomiting/ early morning worsening of headache the a CT Scan brain and Sinuses is recommended.
You need a physical examination by your physician and get base line investigations like Chest and PNS X Ray, Complete Blood Counts, Renal Function Tests.
This work up is expected to detect the underlying problem so a definite treatment could be started.
I hope this advise would be helpful for you.

Still if you have any queries or doubts, please write me back,
I would be happy to solve them.

Wish you a great health!

Hi welcome to HCMForum. Shifting pain of the face near the temple bones and around. There is possibility of it to be sinusitis. if it is not cured so long i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to get MRI EEG and some other routine tests for confermation of the diagnosis. Besides i advise you some diet recomendations as avoid taking cool drinks juices ice cream ice water. practice diversion procedures as hearing music reading books of your interest, yoga meditation and gardening if interested. Wishing for a quick recovery. Thanks for calling.
