Dear Madam/Sir

You are describing what appears to be a "nerve compression" in the upper extremity.
It is difficult to tell the level of compression with only what is described as it can be from the neck down to the wrist area.
It may be exacerbated by the position you are sleeping as it is more in the morning.
You may need an ENG/EMG to identify the source of the problem.
Please describe your symptoms more.

Take care

Dr. TOA
