Pain Near The Testicles. No Lumps. Inflamed Epididymis?
For the past two weeks ive had a dull ache in my left testical area. Its not bad pain but just faint and constant enoug to be annoying. I dont notice any lumps or anything, however the epididymis on the left side seems much larger than on the right. I dont know if its supposed to be like that or if it may be inflammed. I am not sexually active so im sure that knocks out any stds or anything like that. Any suggestions?

The common causes of pain in testicular area are trauma, testicular torsion, Epididymitis and torsion of testicular appendages.
As your epididymis of left side is enlarged and you are feeling dull pain in left scrotum, you might be suffering with Epididymitis on left side.
For diagnosis, examination is required. You should consult a general Surgeon, so that he can palpate your left testicular area to find out abnormal and tender parts in your left scrotum, and can prescribe accordingly.
