You have a pain while passing urine since couple of days It has nothing to be related with the lithotripsy which you have undergone a year back. This is fresh episode of Urinary Tract Infection.Pl get routine Urine examination done and start taking Tab Ciprofloxcin 500 mg twice daily along with urinary alkaliser Pl d increase water intake to 4-5 liters per day so as to dilute the urine.Mope this will you to resolve your problem.
