Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
you have got right lower pain, back pain, and nausea.
Your period is late by 10 days.
It appears that you have urinary tract infection, or stone in the urinary tract, or pelvic inflamatory disease, or poly cystic ovarian disease. Delay in the period could be due to anemia etc.
I advise you to consult a urologist, for diagnosis and treatment. You may have to go for M.R.I.besides other routine tests for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery , and thanks for choosing H.C.M.F.
Best regards.
