Dear brandy
If you have got yourself investigated and nothing major is detected then these symptoms call for antacids and anti anxiety drugs. To keep your bowel clean and to have light diet in dinner will help speedy cure. Avoid fast foods, A good massage specially of head and feet will give good relief along with feeling of welbeing and ensuring proper sleep. You must check flatulance if any. In herbs we use asfoteda, cumin, thyme and garlic compounds to get rid of such pain and other symptoms.
