Pain In Veins On Left Side Of Head, Pain Increases On Shouting Or Laughing. Treatment Options?
am sorry am not very well in English .. i have a vein pain in my head .. in the left side .. i feel its pain and am sure .. that it in my vein .. and this pain increase when i shout .. or laugh .. And i do not feel any thing more .. and i feel bad in my nose when this pain in the top .. and finally am 20 years .. and i hope you will help me Doctor .. thank you .

In my opinion it is a migraine as there is phonophobia which means pain increases due to sound a symptom of migraine and it is usually unilateral.I suggest tab.headset for acute attacks and prophylactic treatment like topiramate after consulting your doctor.Thank you.
