Pain in vagina during intercourse, muscles gets tight

I am 30 yrs female, been maried for 4 yrs. My husband is 40 yrs. I get pain in the virgina during a full intercourse, my virgina muscles gets tight and closes. I am been having this problems since I got married, can t have a full intercourse until now. I spoke to my doctors, they recommended creams, gels to use, to help, but no good. what other solution is there for me (even if its surgical), and how does the virginal main brain works in this situation, and could it be the problem coming from the main brain it self? P.S. This problem is irritating me so much, as we both getting older, my husband is in his 40s now. We want to have a baby also. Thank you.
