Pain In Upper Left Side Shoulder Cuff, Hurts When Lifting Arm. Is My Shoulder Dislocated?

Hello, one morning I woke up and I had pain in my upper left shoulder like in my shoulder cuff, it really hurts when I lift my arm a certain way. Its a month later and still the same pain. I keep thinking my shoulder is dislocated but I know thats not it. I never experienced this before. I feel like I am going to have this pain forever. Can you help me?

Welcome to HCM,
You have not mentioned your age.
If you are elderly then there is possibility of having degenerative changes in your shoulder joint, called peri artheritis.
In young age this might be due to some strain in your shoulder muscles.
go for x-ray shoulder which will give some clue regarding your problem.
consult orthopedic surgeon and get physically examined.
