Pain in thighs, quadriceps post bilateral therapy, increases after exertion, on lifelong dodycycline therapy, diabetes under control. Cure?

Hi! I had bilateral thr for a vascular necrosis both hips and osteomyelitis left hip prior to surgery controlled by antibiotics . I still get pain in both my thighs and quadriceps.My type 2 DM is under control.i am on lifelong Dodycycline therapy for S. aureus suppression since that was the organism for osteomyelitis.Pain is more after exertion.

The pain in the thighs and muscles that you are having could be due to doxycycline therapy or due to electrolyte imbalances. Do replenish the electrolytes and see if it helps.
