Pain In The Stomach And Neck, Low Energy And Cold Sweats. Need To Get Checked?

these are my symptoms, my stomach was hurting really bad, so badly that i became very sick to my stomach, and i was breaking out in cold sweats, i have no energy, i feel like i have to force one foot in front of the other, and now im having severe pain in the right side of my neck... could this be a sign of something bad? should i leave work, and go to the hospital?
