With the available described history, there could be less of rib fractures
as you didn't get any hard injury
There could be possibility of ligament tear after excessive exertion.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ general surgeon
and should go for thorough check up.
You should go for chest x ray
for diagnosis of fractured rib.
There is no plaster facility in case of rib fracture and it joints itself with time.
Meanwhile, you can take analgesics along with muscle relaxants for relief of your symptoms.
