Pain In The Neck, Feeling Lump While Swallowing. Numbness In The Neck. Worried

I have had a dull pain / ache in the left side on my neck (just under and behind my jaw) for around 3 weeks. When I swallow it feels as if there may be a lump or similar, but I can't feel any lumps. The area can be sensitive to prod, but pressure has to be applied deep on the area before it hurts. I think the left side of my jaw and neck are beginning to go slightly numb - they are not as sensitive as the right side. I have also been feeling quite "spaced out" recently, a little light headed.
