Pain In The Lower Stomach. Diagnosed With Abnormal Cells In Cervix. How To Reduce The Severe Pain?

six months ago I was diagnosed with abnormal cells in my cervix s but I also was having extreme pain lower stomach and groin area mainly on my right side now its happening again the pain comes like spasms the doctor has sent me for lots of tests and im going for an ultrasound in march but the pain is to bad to deal with daily what could it be? what can I do?

then repeat the cervix reading and rule out any increase in abnormal cells and rule out by pap smear if your gender is female
