Pain In The Lower Rib Cage After A Head Injury. Had Bruise And Memory Loss. Any Suggestions?

I had a bicycle accident 9 days ago. Had head injury and spent three days under neurological care as I lost my memory for 12 hours. Now out of hospital. Abraisions and cuts mainly healed. But I have developed a sharp pain at times in my right side lower rib cage. There was a bruise there previously. Any suggestions as to cause and what I should do.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It is more likely that there might be having fracture in one of the rib, unnoticed as you head injury.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get x-ray chest done and afterwards go for the treatment accordingly.
