Pain in the lower back, constipation. Prescribed with calcium tablets and exercise. What is the problem?

hi sir. i have a pain in my lower back and lower left side which gets severe when i sit straight on a rigid chair. i have this problem from last three month. the pain is felt sometimes in the front lower left and grows when i lie left side. i have frequent gas problems as well and sometimes i dont get my stomach clear in the morning. i have consulted many doctors and recently i have consulted a ortho who had advised me to do exercise and gave me calcium tablets. but this did nt helped. presently i have consulted a neuro who had given me some medicine. wat should i do. i dnt knw what is the cause of my problem plz advise me?

hello Piyush, welcome to HCM..
back pain is very common at this age..this constipation add to ur back pain..
for ur constipation do some modification in diet.add fibre food and hv plenty of water...

u need ergonomically changes at your work station. if u inform me abt ur work nature then i can help u in that..

for ur back pain treatment u consult a good physiotherapist who can tc of ur pain.
u need regular exercises to get of those pain..

hi piyush,

this is very common prob. in people sitting for long on work.



iadvised u to take acupressure and magnetotherapy treatment from a specilist. to ride ur prob.

However, advice;--

1. place south pole of magnet to paining back.



2. massage with magnetic oil



3. drink magnetic water
