you more than needed. At this stage, you should be getting a rest of 7-8 hours in the night and around 2 hours in the day. Working standing on your feet for so long is definitely not advisable. The pains you are experiencing are due to the stretching effect on the abdominal muscles and ligaments owing to the enlarging uterus
