Pain in the lower abdomen, groin area and testicles. Could this be due to running?

I have twinges/sharp shooting pains (sometimes they can be dull and achey) in my right lower abdomen and they reach testicles/ groin too. Not constant but happening a lot today/yesterday. I have had my testicles checked at hospital 3/4 mths ago and nopthing was found. Ive heard things like this usually muscular but I have only done some light running in recent days, nothing strenuous.

Hi, Thanks ofr query.
It seems that you might be having developing inguinal hernia or renal colic due to stone in the the right kidney.
There is also a possibility of having acute appendicitis.
Consult surgeon and get examined physically.
Physical examination will give some clue regarding your problem.
Ok and bye.
