Pain In The Leg, Back And Hip. Could It Be Due To Exertion In The Past?

I have pain in my left leg. It seems to start in my back, just above my hip. I thought it might be ITB syndrome. My other symptoms are that my knee hurts on the left side, my ankle hurts, and is a bit numb, and my fourth toe joint often gets out of place and is very painful. It is difficult to wear high heeled shoes for an extended amount of time. My hip often hurts as well. A deep pain. I try to stretch every day, and it helps a bit, but it feels like my body is just not aligned correctly. I'm only 36, and very active, so I don't want to have this pain. Its been going on for a long time. Like 10 years, and is just something I've lived with. I was a ballet dancer when I was growing up, so don't know if that affected anything. My left hip also often pops out of joint.

Hi! Thanks for the query. I think you are suffering from Recurrent Hip Jt. Dislocation . Cause has to be detected. You have to see a Orthopaidician for your comp0laints. As such if you can go for flat heeled foot wear it may give some relief. You need a Physiotherapy advise and can be off from all your problems. Take care
