Pain In The Left Arm. Have Marijuana Addiction. Serious?

For the past year I have gotten into smoking marijuana often and only recently have I noticed that my left arm always seems to hurt for around thirty minutes to an hour. There is some pain that shoots from my hand through the veins in my arm to my heart . I don t have any history of health problems but I wanted to know if this is still serious.
