Pain In The Heel. Prescribed Predmet. Does It Cause Side Effects?

I am 28 yrs old.I got viral fever a year back n since thn I had joint pain.did physiotherapy n took medrol tablet for week after consulting an ortho. The joint pain got relieved.but nw I have slight heel pain n the left side of my left feet pains when i walk.now consulte again and advised to take predmet 4 mg for 4 day along with febracin.
Is predmet 4 safe? Any side effects?

For heel pain I advice contrast bath also along with medicines, in which alternate dipping of foot in hot and followed by ice water dipping is carried out for few minutes. In addition, cushion heel in footwear is used or foam insoles in foot wear to ease pressure on standing.
