Pain In The Head And Eye. Burning And Itching In The Eye. What Is Causing This?
My head had been hurting for 3-4 days. Felt a full pain followed by very sharp pains from time to time. It felt like I hit my head, which I did not. Then my eye started to hurt. This is all on the right side of my head and face. Now I ve had burning and a piercing feeling in my right eye. It is also very itchy. I also just found on the side of my face. In front of my ear, along the jaw line, I have a lump. What could it be?
Hi,
All the symptoms are related to sinusitis.
The lump may be a swollen lymph node.
Have clininical examination for that.
For sinusitis take a combination of
1. An antibiotic such as Augmentine 625 mg Twice a day for 05 days.
2. An oral decongestant such as Loratidine twice a day for 05 days.
3. With analgesic effects of Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice a day for 03 days.
You will be healthy in a day or two nothing to worry about.
I hope I am successful in solving your query If you have more you can ask me.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Azhar Sattar
