Pain In The Bone, Pins And Needle Pain After An Injury. Chances Of A Hairline Fracture?

hi, yesturday, while i was at school my 70 kilogram friend accidentally jumped on my lower left leg, since then i have had symptoms as follows;
1. slight aching ( more noticeable when i stop moving) only in the injured area + in the bone mostly.
2. pins and needles and sensation of pulse.
3. a strange feeling of i guess the actual sensation of blood moving.
would this be a hairline fracture? or anything serious. i cant get to the doctor until later next week.
any suggestions?

Hi,
You don't mention whether you are able to walk on the leg. Therefore, I assume you can. This is likely to be bruising of the tissues and nerves in the area. The tissue bruising will cause pain and aching. The pin and needles is probably the temporary damage to the nerves. This is highly likely to recover before your doctors appointment next week.
