Pain In The Back Of The Neck, Pain Worse On Swallowing. Responds To Paracetamol. Need Permanent Cure

Hello there, I have terrible pain in the back of my neck and I am quite sure it is a neck strain . The thing that worries me is that when I swallow I get a really sharp pain right at the back of my neck, the only thing that reliefs the pain is Paracetamol . It also seems to worsen at night witch wakes me up during the night.

Get Xray of neck, dont use pillow.Add anti -inflammatory after consulting orthopedist.Hot fomentation should help
