Pain In The Arm, Shoulder, Neck And Ear. Pressure In The Chest. Need Treatment?

I have a pain (mild) that intermittently goes up my right arm into my shoulder . I also experienced a pain in my neck radiating to my eye and ear. I also felt a pressure in the right hand side of my chest. The pain in my right arm started in the middle of the night. Right now I am feeling better and my arm is not bothering me the way it was a half hour ago.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the arm if it is associated with any breathing difficulty or chest pain may be related to a cardiac cause. The other causes could be cervical spondylosis or a muscular pain. Direct examination will help in proper diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
