Pain in testicles and burning in urethra. All tests are normal

hello sir i m 26 old boy, unmarried, height 5-6 , weight 60 kg. i have pain in left testis (sometime in both testicles ) & burning in urethra (penis, anal), pelvic bone and lower abdomen pain from last 5 years. while in pain doing urine make more burning & dull feeling. i have taken treatment do all the test as urine, blood, sperm, ultrasound, IVP Test For Kidney Stones but all reports are ok. no problem observed by any doctor. i m depressed as i am living with this pain. i am sexually active from last three years. i have not taken exam of STD. pls help to destroy this problem.

this is not STD so no need to worry.
this condition explained in ayurvedic texts under a particular types of disease daham and osham and particular treatment also mentioned.
since this type disease is not mentioned in other systems they have no medicine and you are getting suffering
