Pain in stomach muscles, eased a little, reoccurred, stabbing pain on sneezing, coughing. Causes?

Hi about a week ago I got pain across bottom of my stomach as if I d pulled my stomach muscles (I had been to gym so thought this was what it was),it eased after a couple of days but then came back just on my left side. Now it has gone except for if I cough or sneeze then I get a stabbing pain that lasts a few minutes. I m a 41 year old female.

You seemed to have developed sore muscle because of exercising in wrong posture. take rest for couple of days and hot fomentation to affected part along with analgesics like diclofenac sodium will help.
