Pain In Shoulder, Hurts, Stretching To Stomach. Reason?

Hello, I hav e a boyfriend who is 32 years old, he has had a pain in his shoulder for the last 2 days. It hurts to eat and move the shoulder. The pain is stretching to his stomach and making him feel sick to his stomach and i touched his stomach and he looked like i hit him in the stomach. He is a smoker and he drank beer today while watching football. He also has a physical job but with the pain now stretching from his shoulder to his stomach worries us both.

Thanks for query on HCM.
Pain in shoulder and in stomach has no relation in between.
Pain in shoulder is most likely due to some muscle sprain.
It usually occurs after improper position during sitting,sleeping,working.
Apply nsaid gel on it.
Pain in stomach is usually due some disturbances in the digestion pattern called dyspepsia.
It usually occurs after taking oily,spicy,heavy food and even after disturbed diet and sleep pattern.
Consult your family physician for proper diagnosis and medical management.
