Pain In Right Side Neck, Shoulder, Arm, Had Neck Surgery, Connective Tissue Disease , Fibromyalgia, MRI Showed RA In L5,6,7. What Does It Mean?

I woke Friday morning to get my day started but when I went to get up I couldn t move. When I tried to move I screamed with pain. It was my right side neck, shoulder, and arm that I couldn t move. It took me 30 minutes to get out of bed. This is going into day 4 and I still can t turn my neck, head or use my shoulder. I can use that hand however. I have had neck surgery on neck 4,5, and 6. Plate and screws. Also I have mixed connective tissue disease , Fibromyalgia , post polio syndrome , Sjogrens, chronic fatigue syndrome , Psorisis, and others. Most people say its RA abd I just had MRI of spine and it showed RA in L5,6,7, and Tail bone and up was bad. What do you think.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Rheumatoid Arthritis, actually highly related with major joints these joints get the disease first, it reachs up to the spinal cord in very late stage or may not affect the cord, so in my opinion it could not be RA, but it may be degenerative disease of spine, with good medical management it gives good results at least one can live normal span of life, have good day.
