Pain In Right Side, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Constipation, Stress. Treatment?

i am 39 years old and for the past three or four days i have been having horable pains in my right side, i have also had nausea on and off. Starting today i have vomited and have started to run a fever . Ive had a constipation problem for about the past two weeks as well. Im not sure if this information matters but i have also just lost my mother and have been under a lot of stress . PLease help.

By right side, did you mean right upper abdomen/or right lower abdomen?
If pain is in the right upper abdomen, possibilities are inflammation of the gall bladder(cholecystitis) or gastritis. If pain is in the right lower abdomen, possibilities are painful menstruation(dysmenorrhoea)appendicitis, renal colic, urinary tract infection.

I would advise you to visit a physician at the earliest and get basic investigations like a complete blood picture, urine routine and an ultrasound of the abdomen done.
