Pain in right knee, reduced jogging, developed severe pain in left knee. Suggestion?

i have been jogging for the last 10 years and from last year, i started getting pain in my right knee . i reduced my jogging and in few months, the right knee got bit better but i started getting pain in my left knee and its severe. i have completely stopped jogging and i play badminton for a while now a days and do cycling. pl suggest....regards
