should be distinguishable. Keep fit and be healthy. Eat moderte nutritious food, exercise, keep yourself active, Eat non acid food, avoid red meat etc. This life style can definitely help you to clear acidity. Also have garlic and ginger everyday alongith breakfast. Meditate for 20 minutes daily.
