Pain in right arm. Is it a pinched nerve or a strained ligament ?

i had brest surgery on tuesday and and the next day i started noticing pain in my right arm mostly under elbow area and underside of forearm and then it proceeded to get worse and now i feel it in top of forearm but not underneath anymore. is it a pinched nerve or a strained ligament?

it may be strained muscles or ligaments if your hand was in such a position during operation causing over stretching for long time
type of surgery may sometimes can explain the pain
