Pain In Ovary Area. Done D&C. What Is This Pain?

I found out 4 weeks ago today at my 12 week scan that my babies heart stopped beating at 11 weeks and 4 days the followong Monday i was booked in for a D&C (not sure what its called now). i had a few spots of blood for 2 days after, the following wednesday i had a bit of bleeding for bout 5 days wasnt heavier than a period. I ve been fine since my D&C had no pains what so ever. until Monday just gone I had an achey pain in my ovary area i went to my doctor he said by what ive told him its probably ovulation , the pain wasnt that bad Tuesday and Wednesday but yesterday it was an achey pain again today i seem better. im worried bout what it could be

The mild pain that you have in your lower abdomen could be an ovulation related pain or the pain arising from the uterine contractions after an abortion. You need not worry. This pain is likely to subside on its own in a few days.
